Here are some helpful tips and remedies you can follow in summer to protect yourself from sunburn


TIME TO AVOID THE SUN

→  Do not stay too long in the sun. Avoid sun between 11 am to 3pm.
      The sun is stronger these four hours. If this is necessary, try to stay
       in the shade as much as possible.

 

WHEN SUN EXPOSURE

→   Always apply sunscreen. Never step out in the sun without applying
       sunscreen.
 Apply sunscreen 15 minutes before sun exposure.
       Reapply frequently to maintain
protection, and especially after
       perspiring,swimming or toweling.

→   Don’t forget to apply sunscreen on your feet and ears, also don’t
       ignore
 lips face and scalp.

       give you sunburn.
       Remember, even when it's cloudy, to keep reapplying sunscreen.
       Apply sunscreen even when you,re under a beach umbrella. The sun
       rays can reflect off the sand & reach you
